TEA's TTC Thermal Measurement Systems provide complete instrumentation for chip-level thermal data acquisition, enabling accurate thermal resistance and impedance measurements using TEA thermal test chips.

The systems are designed to work seamlessly with the TTC-1001 and TTC-1002 thermal test chips, providing precise current sourcing for the diode temperature sensors and accurate voltage measurement for temperature determination.
